Jay Park, Air Force Recruiting Service Det. 1 commander, briefs Under Secretary of the Air Force Gina Ortiz Jones on Det. 1’s initiatives to recruit and retain Airmen at Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, Texas, Oct. 1, 2021. During her visit, Jones met with Air Education and Training Command Airmen and leaders to discuss initiatives focused on diversity and inclusion and family advocacy. Throughout her visit, Jones emphasized working towards removing barriers and biases to allow the best to serve in their full capacity while posturing for the pacing challenge and working as one to champion a culture of success.
