Mission
The mission of the 412th Test Wing (TW) Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) Program at Edwards Air Force Base (EAFB) is to Inspire, Engage, Educate, Employ and Retain (IE3R) the youth of the Aerospace Valley (AV).
Vision
The vision of the 412th TW STEM Program is to transform the AV into a highly technical and STEM proficient community, provide a strong path for 412th TW recruitment, and ultimately build the foundation necessary to keep America at the leading edge of technology.
