Acts as the senior advisor to base leadership for data-driven diversity and inclusion measures to best support Total Force members. The Affirmative Employment Program uses data to address barriers that prevent equal opportunity for underrepresented communities. The Disability Program Manager supplies expertise and support for recruiting people with targeted disabilities and advises supervisors on the reasonable accommodation process. The Inclusionary Program recognizes, appreciates and uses the talents and skills of employees from all backgrounds, and processes workplace issues (harassment) that do NOT rise to the level of unlawful discrimination.
