Nora Moore, daughter of Chief Master Sgt. Thomas Moore, Vietnam War prisoner of war and missing in action, holds a photo of her dad, Sept. 22, 2017, at Keesler Air Force Base, Miss. Thomas Moore was captured in South Vietnam by the Viet Cong and has been listed as a POW/MIA.
