Richards, 88th Air Base Wing commander, and Chief Master Sergeant Joseph Serrano, acting 88th command chief, sign a DAF Form 2561 to kick off the annual Air Force Assistance Fund campaign at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, March 25, 2026. The Air Force Assistance Fund campaign is an annual fundraising effort dedicated to "taking care of our own" by supporting Airmen, Guardians, and their families during times of need.
