Capt. Rhelita Ramos (Rhelita Du at the time) immigrated to the United States in 2005 and joined the Air Force six months later to take advantage of education benefits and job security. She was stationed with two of her sisters, now-Senior Master Sgt. Cecille Caldejon and now-Senior Master Sgt. Juliery Dela Cruz, at Mountain Home Air Force Base, Idaho, their first duty station.
