Tech Sgt. Bionca Thomas, Detachment 2 of the 9th Operations Group, takes a photo in a CH-47 helicopter during a recent training exercise. Thomas recently achieved the rare milestone of achieving her Ph.D. Within the Air Force Enlisted Force, just 0.0377% possess professional or doctorate degrees.
