U.S. Army Col. John Litchfield, Joint Task Force-Bravo commander, unboxes medical supplies with Mr. Francisco Mendez, Mayor of Lejamaní, a municipality in the department of Comayagua, Honduras, August 11, 2020. The donation was part of four different deliveries in the departments of La Paz and Comayagua, which included personal protective equipment and medical supplies, provided under U.S. Southern Command’s Humanitarian Assistance Program to aid local health professionals in the fight against COVID-19 in the region.
