AFMC commander presents TPS with AF-level award

Gen. Ellen Pawlikowski, commander of Air Force Materiel Command, placed a new award streamer on the U.S. Air Force Test Pilot School guidon Oct. 12 with the assistance of Col. Matthew Higer, U.S.A.F.
