AFMC commander

Gen. Ellen M. Pawlikowski, Air Force Materiel Command commander, secures the newest award ribbon to the 96th Test Wing guidon at her Commander’s Call Feb. 14 at Eglin Air Force Base, Fla. Wing leadership officially received the Outstanding Unit citation from Pawlikowski during the event.
