412th MDG hosts health fair

Senior Airman Dominique Lyles, 412th Medical Group medical technician, places her hand under the glow germ demonstration at the Kern County Environmental Health Division booth during the 412th MDG Health Fair held Oct. 23 at Bldg. 1600. Participants were asked to place lotion and talcum powder while having them attempt to properly wash their hands and to see what places they missed. The health fair offered free health information on a variety of health topics including high cholesterol, back pain relief, weight loss, high blood pressure and screening tools for skin, breast and prostate cancer.
