Gen. Hugh Boyd Manson

Retired Maj. Gen. Hugh Boyd Manson, former commander of the Air Force Flight Test Center, died Oct. 4 in Los Gatos, Calif. Manson's final assignment was as AFFTC commander at Edwards AFB beginning in 1966. He retired from the USAF in 1969. (U.S. Air Force photo)
