Team Edwards hits ‘grand slam’ with space optimization efforts
As part of a basewide space optimization initiative, Building 2650A has been a ‘temporary facility’ that was constructed in September 1988 and has been slated for demolition. Over the years it supported a myriad of test programs, but as a temporary facility, its life expectancy has long passed and its energy and maintenance costs are not in line with the new Air Force energy and cost efficiency guidelines.
