McCollor retirement

TWO FIRSTS SAY GOODBYE: Chief Master Sgt. Christopher McCollor (left), Air Force Test Center command chief, is joined by Dr. Davy Belk (right) who is also retiring as the Air Force Test Center’s first executive director after more than 36 years of service to the Air Force.
