WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio — Tech. Sgt. James Carr (left), the noncommissioned officer in charge for the Wright-Patterson Air Force Base Honor Guard, presents the American flag to Gen. Bruce Carlson during a formal retreat ceremony in front of Headquarters Air Force Materiel Command Nov. 18. Hundreds of active-duty personnel and civilians attended the ceremony, which featured a mixed, four-ship flyover by F-15s and F-16s from Eglin AFB, Fla.
