Rosamond, Fitzgerald road construction expected to cause delays

Asphalt pavement (seen above) at the intersection of Rosamond and Fitzgerald boulevards here will be replaced in a road construction project beginning March 10. The three month project will replace the buckling asphalt with a more stable concrete pavement. Temporary bypasses will be constructed prior to the closure of the intersection and closure of Fitzgerald Boulevard between Rosamond Boulevard and Lancaster. (Air Force Photo by Master Sgt. Eric M.
