Team Edwards announces first quarter award winners

Steven Swinehart (left), 95th Communications Group project manager, is the Team Edwards Scientific and Engineering Civilian of the Quarter. Among his accomplishments during the quarter, Mr. Swinehart managed more than $26 million worth of projects and communication requirements and performed a design review on the runway upgrade project. He also designed the first high-speed National Geospatial Intelligence Agency link, increasing its bandwidth by 2,600 percent. (Air Force photo by Airman 1st Class William O'Brien)
