EM keeps eye on Edwards resources during CITS project
Amber Bruno, Environmental Management biologist, and Jim Johannesmeyer, Environmental Management archeologist, record data on a bottle into a Geographical Information System handheld unit. The GIS is one of the key tools archeologists and biologists use to survey areas. The system provides information found during past surveys and a map of Edwards. New information is recorded on the GIS such as archeological sites or biological resources, cables, phone lines and water lines. (Photo by Dawn Waldman)
