Mr. Maher retirement

Mike Maher, Air Force Flight Test Center Manpower and Personnel director, is congratulated by Maj. Gen. David J. Eichhorn, AFFTC commander, at a retirement luncheon and ceremony at Club Muroc, July 28. Mr. Maher has served 25 years as a government civilian and 22 years of active duty in the Air Force.
