Army paratroopers were joined by friends and family members to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks. About 150 Army paratroopers from three Army Reserve units from California and Texas completed the proficiency jump Sept. 11. The training event was part of a 9/11 commemorative weekend organized by the 426th Civil Affairs Battalion from Upland, Calif., and the Association of the United States Army Inland Empire Chapter.
