Good-to-go, Brig. Gen. Hogue retires after 36 years of service

Brig. Gen. James R. Hogue prepares for his fini-flight at Edwards Air Force Base, Calif. Dec. 8. During his time at Edwards, General Hogue maximized Reservist efforts to meet developmental test objects and the needs of the United States Air Force Test Pilot School.
