412th Ops and Maintenance Groups start up immersion program

Col. Robert Weaver (left), 412th Maintenance Group commander, and Col. Christopher Azzano, 412th Operations Group commander, look to their crew chief during an engine start before taking part in an actual flight test mission in an F-16 Jan. 13, 2012. This flight marked the first part in an initiative to give operators and maintainers the opportunity to create positive interaction so both gain insight into each other’s work dynamic. That initiative is called the 412th Operations and Maintenance Immersion Program. (U.S. Air Force photo by Rob Densmore)
