12-F ALS graduation Edwards
Brig. Gen. Michael T. Brewer, 412th Test Wing commander (left), presents Senior Airman Gregory Evenson of the 12th Combat Training Squadron out of Fort Irwin, Calif., with the John L. Levitow Award during the Airman Leadership School graduation ceremony held at Club Muroc Aug. 23. The award is given to the class's top graduate and is named after Vietnam War Medal of Honor awardee Sergeant John L. Levitow. ALS Class 12-F graduated 21 Airmen. The 12th CTS at Ft. Irwin runs the Green Flag training exercise, which is Air Combat Command's premiere air-to-ground attack training exercise. They also support Army units.
