New boss for 771st TS

Lt. Col. Matthew Bradford (right), assumed command of the 771st Test Squadron, 412th Electronic Warfare Group, during a formal ceremony Aug. 26 at Club Muroc. Bradford previously served as the program element monitor for Counter Space Programs and Operationally Responsive Space in the Directorate of Space Programs at the Pentagon. He recently returned from a deployment to Bagram Air Field, Afghanistan, and has also served as flight commander to the F-117A Combined Test Force in Palmdale, Calif. Col. Kevin Muckerheide (left), 412th Electronic Warfare Group commander, presided over the ceremony.

The 771st Test Squadron aims to create a technically credible workforce to support electronic warfare test projects. They practice a disciplined test approach and turn electronic warfare, low observable and directed energy concepts into war fighting capability.
