It also promotes behavioral changes in service members without the stigma of a court-martial conviction. The following Article 15s were processed at Edwards AFB during the second quarter of 2013: A technical sergeant signed false official statements in violation of Article 107, UCMJ; and was derelict in the performance of his duties in violation of Article 92, UCMJ. The commander imposed the following punishment: Suspended reduction to the grade of staff sergeant, forfeitures of $250 pay per month for two months and a reprimand. A senior airman wrongfully used Ecstasy in violation of Article 112a, UCMJ. The commander imposed the following punishment: Reduction to the grade of airman basic and a reprimand. An airman first class was disorderly on station in violation of Article 134, UCMJ. The commander imposed the following punishment: Reduction to the grade of Airman, suspended forfeitures of $849 pay per month for two months, 30 days extra duty and a reprimand. A technical sergeant was drunk on duty in violation of Article 112, UCMJ. The commander imposed the following punishment: Reduction to the grade of staff sergeant, suspended forfeitures of $1532 pay per month for two months and a reprimand. A technical sergeant was derelict in the performance of his duties in violation of Article 92, UCMJ. The commander imposed the following punishment: Reduction to the grade of staff sergeant and a reprimand. A senior airman was derelict in the performance of her duties in violation of Article 92, UCMJ; and communicated indecent language in violation of Article 134, UCMJ. The commander imposed the following punishment: Reduction to the grade of airman first class, suspended forfeitures of $1007 pay per month for two months, 30 days extra duty and a reprimand. A staff sergeant committed an assault consummated by a battery against his spouse in violation of Article 128, UCMJ. The commander imposed the following punishment: Suspended reduction to the grade of senior airman and 10 days extra duty. A technical sergeant developed an unprofessional relationship in violation of Article 92, UCMJ; was derelict in the performance of his duties in violation of Article 92, UCMJ; made a false official statement in violation of Article 107, UCMJ; and wrongfully solicited a civilian to make false official statement in violation of Article 134, UCMJ. The commander imposed the following punishment: Reduction to the grade of staff sergeant and a reprimand. A senior airman wrongfully used a codeine combination product in violation of Article 112a, UCMJ. The commander imposed the following punishment: 30 days extra duty and a reprimand. An airman first class failed to go at the time prescribed to her appointed place of duty in violation of Article 86, UCMJ. The commander imposed the following punishment: Reduction to the grade of airman, suspended restriction to the limits of Edwards AFB for 60 days and a reprimand. An airman first class operated a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol in violation of Article 111, UCMJ. The commander imposed the following punishment: Reduction to the grade of airman, suspended forfeitures of $425 pay per month for two months, 15 days extra duty and a reprimand. The suspended portion of the punishment was vacated when the airman failed to go to his appointed place of duty, and the forfeitures were imposed.
