25 future NCOs graduate from ALS

The 412th Test Wing's Airmen Leadership School graduated 25 senior airman Aug. 5 in a ceremony at Club Muroc. ALS is a five week-long U.S. Air Force course designed to develop Airmen into effective front-line supervisors. It is the first professional military education that enlisted Airmen encounter. ALS focuses on developing leadership abilities as well as effective communication. Congratulations to all the future noncommissioned officers!
