Special Court Martial judgment Published Oct. 16, 2013 By 412th Test Wing Judge Advocate EDWARDS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- On Oct. 2, a Special Court Martial found Airman First Class Jeremy Sutton, 412th Medical Operations Squadron, guilty of assault consummated by battery in violation of Article 128 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice. Sutton pleaded guilty before a military judge. He was sentenced to three months confinement and reduced to the grade of E-1. The court martial was convened as of result of Sutton physically assaulting his wife during a domestic altercation at their base residence Aug. 9, 2013. During the trial, Sutton admitted to striking his wife multiple times. He is currently serving the remainder of his sentence at Vandenberg Air Force Base's confinement facility.
