'Fall Back' Nov. 3 Published Oct. 8, 2013 By 412th Test Wing Public Affairs EDWARDS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- It's that time of year to set your clocks back one hour on Sunday Nov. 3. When you adjust your clocks to "fall back" an hour at 2 a.m., those civilians who are scheduled to work will gain one hour of work. Those employees must be compensated by either overtime, comp time or credit hour (if on a flexible work schedule). Another option is to allow the employee to leave one hour early if workload permits. Any questions regarding employee compensation should be directed to the servicing Human Resources Specialist (Labor and Employee Management Relations), at (661) 277-3840.
