First sergeants promote giving with this year's Angel Tree

EDWARDS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. --  Edwards AFB's First Sergeants Association is kicking-off the holiday spirit with the annual Angel Tree project in the Exchange.

The tree was set up Nov. 18, full of paper angels, each with the age and wish list of a child from an active-duty family in need of a little help purchasing gifts this Christmas.

Any individual can participate. Just pick an angel, purchase a gift and return the un-wrapped gift, with the angel, to the drop-box next to the tree. Gifts will be accepted until Dec. 16.

The First Sergeants Association will distribute the gifts to their individual units for Christmas.
