"Through this new offering, troops and their families in CONUS and at select OCONUS locations (Afghanistan, Italy and Kuwait to start) can view the latest and best of U.S. programming, wherever they are called to serve," said the Exchange's Senior Enlisted Advisor Chief Master Sgt.
