Court martial announcement Published March 18, 2014 By 412th Test Wing Judge Advocate EDWARDS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- U.S. v. Bowen, a General Court-Martial, was held March 5 - 7 at the Edwards AFB court-house. Airman 1st Class Ellwood Bowen III, 31st Test and Evaluation Squadron, was charged with three specifications of aggravated assault, two specifications of assault consummated by a battery and one specification of communicating a threat. A panel of members found Bowen guilty of one specification of aggravated assault on his spouse, and one specification of assault consummated by a battery on a fellow Airman.
