In an effort to constantly improve the level of service provided throughout its facilities, the Army & Air Force Exchange Service relies on an ongoing Customer Satisfaction Index for localized, real time snapshots of how successful the organization is at meeting the community's needs.

The survey, which addresses customer service, pricing, sales associate availability, merchandise assortment and other key issues, is administered at every Exchange main store annually.

Edwards Air Force Base shoppers' opportunity to participate in the 2014 Customer Satisfaction Index is April 24 to May 17. During this time, Airman, retirees and their families are encouraged to visit the Exchange to provide feedback on services available at Edwards Air Force Base. Beyond improving Exchange operations, shoppers who participate will also receive a coupon worth $5 off their next purchase at the Exchange.

"We want to hear from as many Edwards shoppers as possible," said the Exchange's General Manager Mike Wiles. "Efforts like the CSI are critical to not only improving the shopping experience, but also bolstering the dividend the Exchange annually delivers to the community as healthy exchange operations make the Edwards Air Force Base community a better place to live and work while producing greater returns for Air Force quality of life programs."
