419th FLTS welcomes new commander

EDWARDS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. --  Col. Rodney Todaro (left), 412th Operations Group commander, hands the 419th Flight Test Squadron guidon to Lt. Col. Michael Williams, incoming 412th FLTS commander, signifying the official change of command for the squadron during a ceremony at Hangar 1210 on May 9, 2014.
