Cool it! Your Edwards AFB pools are now open

EDWARDS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- It is officially Summer here in the High Desert and your Edwards AFB pools are open for business.

Summer swimming pool passes are now available at Outdoor Recreation.

Single passes are $20. For a family of four the cost is $50 and $5 each for additional family members. Passes last from Memorial Day to Labor Day and are good at each of the base's three pools.

Pool hours

Sonic Splash Pool: Open 7 days a week from noon to 6 p.m.

Oasis Aquatic Center: Monday - Friday, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. for lap swimming only

Muroc Pool (Club Muroc): Open Fridays from noon to 8 p.m.
