EDWARDS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- An Edwards F-16 flies over Building 1 during a retreat ceremony on Sept. 15 to commemorate the 200th birthday of the United States' National Anthem, "The Star-Spangled Banner," which occurred Sept. 14.
