Contribution Factors - AcqDemo needs your feedback

EDWARDS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- As the AcqDemo project design is prepared for permanency, AcqDemo is interested in getting your feedback on a number of design initiatives under consideration. To solicit this feedback, every couple of weeks information will be posted to the AcqDemo site along with questions about a different design idea or feature, both to inform you about options under consideration, and to get your opinion on the most effective way to proceed.

Of the areas being considered for revision, none are more essential than the factors used to classify AcqDemo positions and evaluate the contributions of the workforce.

Historically, we have heard the concerns that the current six factors--Problem Solving, Teamwork/Cooperation, Customer Relations, Leadership/Supervision, Communication, and Resource Management--present challenges to both supervisors and employees. The primary challenge mentioned involves trying to adapt each of the six factors to every employee's planned contribution.
