Flu shots now available

EDWARDS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. --  The 412th Medical Group Immunization Clinic is now providing flu vaccines to all military members and pediatric patients between 6 months to 23 months of age.  

The clinic will start vaccinating all "High Risk" patients between 2-49 years of age and all patients ages 50 or older beginning Oct. 14. 

All other Tricare beneficiaries to include spouses, retirees, and children that are not "High Risk," will be able to receive the vaccine Oct. 27.

The vaccine will also be provided to only those civilian personnel and contractors that have a requirement for their job Oct. 27. 

The clinic hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Wednesday hours are from 12 p.m. to 4:30.
