Fall back Nov. 2 Published Oct. 27, 2014 By 412th Test Wing Public Affairs EDWARDS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- At 2 a.m., Nov. 2, Daylight Saving Time ends for 2014. "Fall back" by setting your clocks back one hour. When you adjust your clocks, those civilians who are scheduled to work will gain one hour of work. Those employees must be compensated by either overtime, comp time or credit hour (if on a flexible work schedule). Another option is to allow the employee to leave one hour early if workload permits.
