Spaatz Ave. to close Published Jan. 28, 2015 By 412th Civil Engineering Group EDWARDS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- Beginning Feb. 3 and running through Feb. 24, Spaatz Ave. will be closed at Kincheloe Ave. to support drainage system improvements in that area. Traffic, particularly housing residents accustomed to accessing the Commissary and BX through that intersection, will be required to detour using Fitz-Gerald Blvd. or Payne Ave. Detours will be posted.
