Boeing employee community fund sends military children to camp Published March 26, 2015 By Boeing EDWARDS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- The Employees Community Fund at Boeing has awarded a grant to the Tiger Woods Learning Center for five students of military families from around Edwards Air Force Base to attend the Summer Academy Camp this July. The Summer Academy Camp is an opportunity for military children to attend a Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics summer camp in Anaheim, California, at the Tiger Woods Learning Center. Students will have the opportunity to build robots, launch rockets, design video games, explore marine life and maybe even learn to golf.
