Volunteers sought for local Antelope Valley Special Olympics

EDWARDS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- Team Edwards is looking for volunteers to help out with this year's Antelope Valley Local Area Games of the Southern California Special Olympics.

The games will be held May 2 beginning at 9 a.m. at Palmdale High School, 2137 E. Ave. R, Palmdale, Calif., 93550.

Volunteers are needed for setup, opening ceremonies, overseeing track and field events, and event teardown.
