Base residents show off their pets at BX Published April 27, 2015 By Brittany Power EDWARDS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- A pet show was held at the Base Exchange April 18 was a great success according BX staff. In attendance was APET Rescue with three dogs up for adoption and the Rosamond Feline Conservation with an informational booth. The pet show included 12 dogs, 1 cat and 1 hermit crab with winners in the following categories: Largest pet, Pet/owner look-a-like, Best pet trick, Most exotic pet, Most colorful pet, Smallest pet, Best pet costume and most obedient pet. Mr. Moe walked away with the most awards, four in total. "We loved the turnout for this event and it was a great, fun day," said Edwards Exchange store manager Holly Elliott.
