Lt. Col. J. Scott Fuller assumed command of the 412th Communications Squadron during a change of command ceremony July 10 held at Club Muroc. Fuller leads an integrated team of over 400 military, civilian and contractor cyber professionals who operate and maintain a $72M C4 systems infrastructure for the 412th Test Wing, U.S. Air Force Test Pilot School, Air Force Research Laboratory Detachment 7, NASA's Armstrong Flight Research Center and other associate units at Edwards.
