Base closed; clinic, DeCA, AAFES services still available

EDWARDS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- Edwards AFB is closed Dec. 18 due to the recent snow storm. However, base personnel are expected to report for normal duty hours Dec. 19.

For urgent medical care, the main and aerospace clinic are scheduled to remain open until 4 p.m. today.

Also, the Defense Commissary Agency and all Army and Air Force Exchange (AFFES) services will remain open for normal operating hours.

Commissary - 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
BX/Mall Complex - 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Burger King - 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Shoppette - 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Pizza Hut - 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Service Station - 5 a.m. to 7 p.m.; gas pumps remain open 24hrs
