Criss Angel to "Mindfreak" Edwards

EDWARDS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- Illusionist Criss Angel will bring his entourage to Edwards, June 15, to tape a one-hour season opener for his 5th season of Mindfreak for the Arts & Entertainment network.

Edwards personnel are invited to the Stripes Lounge in the Oasis Community
Center, at 12:30 p.m. Monday, for a meet and greet session with Criss Angel, who
has been known to perform illusions during these events.

Later in the day Mindfreak will perform a large illusion on Edwards dealing
with improvised explosive devices, which will serves as the content for the
season opener. Due to the explosive nature of the illusion the set will be
closed to spectators.

Both events will be taped for the show which is scheduled to air Aug. 12 on
A&E at 10 p.m. AF civilian employees are reminded that they should be on
annual leave, comp time, or have other valid excusal from the work site to
attend this session.
