Education and Training and First Term Airmen Center staff, Airman Leadership School students, the Blue Eagle Honor Guard, and senior enlisted leaders, joined Col. Jerry Gandy, 95th Air Base Wing Commander, and event guest speaker Chief Master Sgt. Juan Lewis, Joint Base San Antonio Command Chief, in the campus courtyard April 13, for the ribbon cutting that brought the four former remotely located facilities to one geographical location. "This Professional Enhancement Campus is truly a foundation for all of our Airmen; and that is Airmen with a capital ‘A’,” Chief Master Sgt. William Thomaston Jr., 95th Air Base Wing Command Chief said. “There are opportunities here for our enlisted, for our officers, and for our applicable civilian corps. We are looking to them to build their futures in the United States Air Force….We are looking at this to be a model for Air Force Materiel Command….This is our opportunity to give back to our Airmen for them wearing the cloth of our country, and prepare them to be the leaders of tomorrow’s Air Force.” The facilities provide Airmen one-stop shopping for their personal and professional development. The campus is located in the compound of buildings 2449, 2453, 2455 and 2459, on Methusa Road, just west of the South Muroc Road intersection. Air Force photograph by Stephen K. Robinson
