Burger King drive-thru open for business

EDWARDS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- Burger King's drive-thru is open for business until the close of business August 26. Starting August 27, the whole restaurant will close for up-grade renovations to the kitchen.

According to Russ Hinrichs, Army-Air Force Exchange Service manager here, the remodeling and renovation project is right on schedule, and barring any unforeseen delays, a near-new Burger King will re-open for business the last part of October.
