Gen. David J. Eichhorn completed his final proficiency flight here, Oct. 4. General Eichhorn has spent the last three years of his career at Flight Test Nation and moves on to Kirtland Air Force Base, N.M., where he will serve as the Air Force Operational Test and Evaluation Center commander.
