However, on Oct. 25, Chris went above and beyond the call of duty to take care of a retired military family that lives in Hesperia, Calif. Chris knew them as frequent shoppers. They approached him wanting to purchase two refrigerators, but our delivery contractors did not deliver outside the set radius. He attempted to locate the merchandise they wanted at March AFB to no avail. In order to take care of this customer, Chris volunteered to personally deliver the refrigerators they wanted to their home in Hesperia. He knew they had several options available to them to purchase a refrigerator, including March Air Reserve Base, the Los Angeles area, as well as Victorville, Calif. He was able to take care of this military customer and show the exceptional customer service the Edwards Exchange provides. He delivered the refrigerators to them on Oct. 26. Chris is a valued member of Team Edwards and my nominee for Warrior of the Week. - Russell Hinrichs, General Manager, Edwards Exchange
