December 2007 Why did you join the Air Force? I joined the Air Force because I wanted to be someone that my younger sister could look up to and admire. What do you like most about your job? I like assisting our Airmen with their legal matters and making a difference in their lives. What is your favorite thing to do around the area? I enjoy traveling, seeing new areas, experiencing new things and trying different foods; going to concerts and plays; and spending time outdoors at the beach and hiking. Warrior Highlights: As the acting Noncommissioned Officer in Charge of General Law, Senior Airman Misty Flores manages a five-person division. She plans, organizes, and supervises paralegal training, activities, leave, and duties. She supervises the legal office's suspense program and oversees the investigations of anti- and pro-government claims. Additionally, Airman Flores has a line number for staff sergeant and recently won the Distinguished Graduate Award at Airman Leadership School at Edwards. Airman Flores is a self-starter with great personal initiative and leadership skills.
